So you want to learn how to sing?
Singing is a cathartic and deeply personal experience. So much of learning how to sing is learning how to connect with your body. Somatics is a huge part of learning how to sing, mostly because we are so unaware of how some of our internal systems work —especially those associated with our head and upper body. We must connect to our body systems—specifically the respiratory system to engage our spirit in acts of embodied creation.
